I'm posting this issue here as it has already been raised on the Google doctype group without any official response, also, technically, doctype runs on Google Code infrastructure and Googlers do more frequently respond to topics in this group, which is higher volume.
Google doctype is down right now and has been for over a month. The front page is there [1] but you can't browse doctype anymore either through the wiki [2] or the Google doc reader [3] (which also seems to be down) and anonymous svn read access is also not working. There's a couple of threads about this on the doctype Google group.[4] Did it move? Is Google shutting it down? If so, shouldn't there be some sort of official statement, at least on the project page? If the wiki project will not continue, perhaps a read-only svn repo could be made available like an ordinary Google Code project page (code.google.com/p/doctype) for anyone wishing to download the wiki pages, even if contributions are no longer accepted.
