Is project activity considered somehow when ranking the search results at google code?
My guess is not, because when searching by 'label:ProgramminLanguage' ( http://code.google.com/hosting/search?q=label:ProgrammingLanguage) my project (http://code.google.com/p/o42a/) with Activity:High appears at the sevenths page (http://code.google.com/hosting/search?q=label %3AProgrammingLanguage&filter=0&mode=&start=60) in the company of long abandoned projects with Activity:None.
