You can use ?r=<branch/commit>:
http://pkgcore.googlecode.com/git/
http://pkgcore.googlecode.com/git/?r=argparse
http://pkgcore.googlecode.com/git/?r=3da1d0

I think the only place we expose these URLs to you is via the source
browser. For example, Source > Browse > README > branch "argparse" > "View
raw file" will take you to
http://pkgcore.googlecode.com/git/README?r=argparse. So, sorry this is not
better documented.
