I'm assuming you've just converted your project from svn/hg to git, is that correct? If so, resetting your wiki repo should fix the problem. (Note that since your wiki repo starts out empty<http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/GitFAQ#Where_did_my_wiki_go?>, this won't delete any existing data. BUT--if you've edited your wiki *after* converting to git, don't do this, I'll investigate and fix it manually.)
