It's not possible to make easy money off of GPL applications.  Since
they
are GPL, any price the vendor charges can be undercut by a competitor.
If it's really such easy money, why haven't competitors sold the same
thing
at half the price, driving the price to zero (plus expenses)?

It's also not clear whether you think they are violating GPL.  If
they're
violating GPL, they could easily violate the Mame license as well.
Violating GPL and violating Mame would be handled in court exactly the
same way, so the latter gives you no benefit.
