They seem to happen only with chromium's issue tracker, which is
located at
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list
There seems to be no pattern at which they appear, and they appear not
only when accessing the list of issues, but sometimes when selecting
issues or when submitting comments. I am located in the United States.
