I have a google apps account (claudio[AT]claudius.com.br), and I am the owner of http://code.google.com/p/claudius-alphaworks/ however there is no admin privileges as I am logged in as claudio[AT]claudius.com.br
I see the current owner is claudio%claudius.com.br[AT]gtempaccount.com probably that is related to the recent account merge of google accounts.
