Dear Google Code moderator, Recently, unikey.org has been attacked and change the download link to a fake project. We can check the official announcement here http://unikey.org/index.php?langset=eng and the report of scam project here: http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/ticket/24601
And the vietnam-unikey project is hosting download for unikey.vn. They also claim that "Unikey.vn is not official of Unikey / Unikey.org (by Pham Kim Long)". I understand GPL project that everyone have legal permission to copy, distribute and/or modify it. But In vietnam-unikey project they provide they just provide the binary of unikey software and not giving access to the source code. There is also no mention where to download the source code of these software. Therefore they have violated GPL. >From the Google Code policy: http://code.google.com/projecthosting/policy.html "4. Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior: Do not use our products to impersonate other people." Although they are warning user that they are not the author or relate to Pham Kim Long. But unikey is very famous in Vietnam that almost everybody that use computer are using this software. So it's very dangerous if it were used for criminal. "12. Generic File Hosting: Google Project Hosting is meant for the facilitation of software development and the storage of artifacts related to software development. Storage of data that is not relevant to software development is not allowed without the express permission of Google." More over, The purpose of vietnam-unikey project justing look like a hosting place for download binary software (http://code.google.com/p/ vietnam-unikey/downloads/list), that is not relevant to software development.
