I originally thought it was taken off by another group member when I first noticed it. Looked everywhere for the option to turn in back on in the Admin section, but I couldn't find it.
It was, without a doubt, THE most useful function on Googlecode, and frankly, it was the only thing keeping me at Googlecode. Now that it's gone, I'm going to close up my projects and go to a different hosting site, or try hosting it myself.
