Hi, Nathaniel,
Thanks for getting back to me -- and sorry, I saw
the FAQ but zoomed in on a couple of other
questions with this email address in them, and missed the IP violation one.
And thanks for the advice; I will check with the
poster before proceeding. But, good to know
there's a simple process in place if I need to go that route.

Hi,
It's come to my attention that a bundle of Java
code I wrote a while ago was posted by someone
else to your site as if it were (a) theirs and
(b) open-source. This is the link:
   Â
<http://code.google.com/p/opensaml/>http://code.google.com/p/opensaml/
If you look in the .java source files under this
project you'll see this notice:
/*

All rights reserved by Capstone Courseware, LLC.
*/
The original published technical article is here:

<http://capcourse.com/Library/OpenSAML>http://capcourse.com/Library/OpenSAML
Would you please let me know at your earliest
convenience what measures can be taken on this?
I've approached you about this first and have
not yet made contact with the member who posted the code.
We have a
"<http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/FAQ#How_do_I_report_a_copyright_or_intellectual_property_violation?>How
do I report an intellectual property violation?"
stanza in our
<http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/FAQ>FAQ.
Contacting the individual who posted the code
and just asking what's up is also a fine thing
to try - these kinds of disagreements turn out
to be misunderstandings and amicably resolvable
more often than you might think.
