Hi, I'm hoping to relocate github.com/kortschak/biogo to code.google.com/p/biogo, but the project page was already taken, though inactive. I have contacted the project owner who claims to have closed the project rather than handing it over. I have been waiting for the time (I understand 1 month) it takes for a project to become free, but it has now been longer than that and the project title is still unavailable. > > How long has the project lay fallow?
