This seems to be a botched migration to Git. I have checked out the source of this app in the past while it was still Subversion (or Mercurial, not sure). I came looking for it again today and I see an empty Git repo.
Please don't delete this project, instead please figure out what happened to the source, and restore it using whatever source control tool seems to work reliably on Google Code. —Manas.
