This data is not available in the UI, but you can get data like this by
adding a Google Analytics ID to your project (at the bottom of
http://code.google.com/p/your-project/admin). Once that's in place you will
start to get Google Analytics records describing the users who viewed your
project and downloaded your artifacts.
