The Downloads tab for the diosmios project
(http://code.google.com/p/diosmios/wiki/Downloads?tm=2) has been modified
using a wiki gadget to use content from http://no-ip.crediar.com/down.xml.
The end purpose of this seems to be to make the download links look like
any other google code project but the downloads actually link to files on
uploaded.net, which presumably provides income to the uploader when other
people download them. This would seem to be a violation of Google's project
hosting terms of service:
"You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or
exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Google services, use of
Google services, or access to Google services except as otherwise expressly
provided in the terms or as specifically authorized in a separate written
agreement. "

Additionally the external download service being used (uploaded.net) is
causing problems for many end users by requiring a delay of one hour
between individual downloads unless the user registers (and pays) for their
"premium" download service.
