Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a teacher at School of Management, Beijing Normal University Zhuahai Campus (in China). I'm here to submit my request to take over the project of "ictclas4j" hosted by Google Project Hosting: http://code.google.com/p/ictclas4j/ I contacted the project owner by email a week ago. However, no response shows up until now. My student also tried to get in touch with him days ago, without success again. I'm involved in an Open Source project of LanguageTool (http://www.languagetool.org/), responsible for the Chinese grammar checker development. ictclas4j is adopted as the Chinese NLP tool. However, there're bugs in ictclas4j which has not been maintained since 2007. In addition, LanguageTool is switching to Maven for dependency management, which requires the source code of ictclas4j to be maintained and uploaded into Maven Central. It's great appreciated if I can become the owner of ictclas4j and maintain it for its future usage in LanguageTool.
