Dear sir, I am a chinese boy,because of our goverment GFW, We can not screw youtube diretly, so Goagent is necessary for me. Nowadays I learn oral english at youtube, after i looked several videos, it shows:503 Over Quota,This application is temporarily over its serving quota. Please try again later. Can you tell me what does it mean? and how to avoid it? or can you help me ? Thank you very much.
