Hi Mike, I am talking about gesturekit trademark and the purpose is for opening the source aiming to provide developers a service, the commercial side is not related to what is being opened really.
What I would like to do is to make use of it please if that would be appropiate considering the case. If so what path should I have to follow, go ahead with the current owner or else wait for Google's, your's opinion?. If there is more information needed please let me know.
