Notifications about mass edits to issues in our project
(http://code.google.com/p/otwarchive) started to arrive without pertinent
information in December. Specifically, an email from Nov 26 is fine, the
next email from Dec 6 (and every email thereafter) doesn't have information
about what was actually changed. Here's an example from Dec 8, entitled "6
issues changed in otwarchive", reproduced as it arrived:

Status:
Labels:
Labels:
Comment by [person]:
(No comment was entered for this change.)
Affected issues:
[list of issues]
I can't figure out why this is happening, and it's severely messing with
our workflow. Could you look into this? Thank you much!
