Hi,
I would like to move a project called 'dolo' to google code (for
economic modelling).
I have found that there is already a project with the same name that was
opened four years ago but it has always remained empty so I would like
to contact the owner and kindly ask him if I can use it. Unfortunately I
didn't get any reply from the address given on google code and I don't
know how to contact the author. What should I do ? Is there some recourse ?
