Hello. Let's say one Google Code project already has one mailing list (foo-discuss), and they want to add a second one (foo-devel). Are these linked in any way? Or do we just need to create a new Google Group? Are Google Code projects totally independent of Google Groups, but they just happen to be associated by social recognition and by advertising them on the Google Code project's page?
