I think my questions can be boiled down to these:

- what are my options?
- if my only option is to delete the whole project and reupload it again 
with the last couple of commits truncated, then how to do this ?

 I tried svnsync, but it synchs the whole thing, it does not sync to a 
special commit. Also i am afraid of loosing all my data, so i better ask 
here before all the precious work is gone.
