Hi, i'm a computer technician, so i guess not the middle user who could create some projects, it seems that i have reached some limit for middle users, and the page asks to wait 24hr, or contact you, hence this message, since i did not create anything in 24hr already.
I'm actively using code.google.com and i'm really happy with it, currently i'm even seriously considering to use your git service, apart from the downloads area. To the point, i would have an at least 2x projects limit since all the projects i currently have are really active and in use, even getting some attention (lvdspa, gldspa, roar, and perhaps other one are in dev and in relation with the progress of the 1 or 2 projects i would like to open right now). I'm also considering merging some projects, though that does not make a lot of sense and/or cleaning/deleting some semi deprecated ones, though they still have some value.
