Hello, I'm Panos Papadopoulos and I've been using Google Code to host most
of my projects.
It' s an excellent service and I'm very thankful to you for offering Google
Code for free.
Except of software engineering, I'm used to give lessons (for free) to
people who like programming.
So, I'm introducing all my students to version control, of course, and I've
chosen Google Code for that purpose.
Doing so, I've been created too many projects, most of them with similar
names, e.g. prefadio, prefasix, prefasep etc.
Actually, it's the same project again and again and most of those project
are been removed after a while.

But, today, I encountered an unpleasant surprise.
Trying to create a new project, I've faced the following message:

You have performed the requested action too many times in a 24-hour time
period. Or, *you have performed the requested action too many times since
the creation of your account*.

In my opinion the reason for me is that "*I have performed the requested
action too many times since the creation of my account*".
That's really too bad for me, but of course I realize that there is a point
in setting quotas.
Is there any solution in order for me to keep using Google Code for free?
If not, can I pay some money in order to keep using the tool?

Thank you in advance!
