Well, I don't know exactly what the rules are. Obviously, the only code being hosted is for the older version. But they're actively using the wiki to record changes to the closed source version: http://code.google.com/p/ebookdroid/wiki/ChangeLog and to field feature requests relating to it: http://code.google.com/p/ebookdroid/wiki/FeatureRequests They're also hosting all kinds of XML files related to the closed source app, updated very recently: http://code.google.com/p/ebookdroid/source/detail?r=2106 They're also using the bugtracker for the closed source app.
