My project https://code.google.com/p/bats-game/ has been read-only for over 24 hours.
I can still check out files from the repository. However, when I attempt to commit via SVN, I get: org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: E135006: Commit failed (details follow): E135006: Temporarily unavailable E175002: MKACTIVITY of '/svn/!svn/act/99b449a8-4101-0010-9d18-81b932d9c479': 500 Internal Server Error (https://bats-game.googlecode.com) When I attempt to edit the wiki, I get an Update Collision. This is the second such outage for this project in 2013.
