Hi! I'm using Google code - SVN for educational (and open source) purposes. I. e. I use it to share code between different computers. After code evaluation I usually delete the entire project from Google code to make space for new ones.
For some reason (?) I'm unable to create new projects. When I try - I end up here: https://code.google.com/hosting/excessiveActivity I've been waiting more than 24 hours (actually more than a month).
