It's OK to use a Google Code project for just issue tracking and wiki for an open source project that is hosted elsewhere.
However, a binary-only project does not qualify as Open Source. No where on the site linked to from the project page is there any documentation on how to get the source code for the project. Furthermore, the original reporter filed an issue asking for the source code, and you did not provide it. If you fix the issue by providing the source code somewhere with clear documentation on how to get it, and respond to this thread saying you have done so, then I will unban you and your project. Until then, this project is a clear violation of our terms of service, and we take those violations very seriously.
