I like to write an article about " Connecting Cloud Data using Hibernate ORM". I like to publish my article after implementing my webapp in GAE. I read all docs and supporting sample applications of GAE for Developers for developing web application and running it in Google App Engine. But when i Try to connect the Data to CloudSql- MySql it insist me for billing. *I do not have credit card right now*, since i am jobless now:(sorry to share) Is any free accessing for CloudSql in GAE or Let me know is it REALLY affordable for me to pay. If i choose $0.25/per hour package then how much the monthly billing will be for me? If i am not with Credit card How to pay the amount? But i have debit card. or Any Transfer facility? *Also I like to know Is Google offers any sponsorship for Ph.D research work? * Or *Can i Access Google Lab in Chennai for my research purpose?* Please help me to do further research.
