Hmm, but I still see another 11 issues (those ranging from 17 to 36) from
this spammer when I list all issues:
https://code.google.com/a/apache-extras.org/p/luceneutil/issues/list

When I click on an individual issue it shows that it's "invalid", which is
great, but somehow the issues still show up in the "summary" page, not sure
why.
