"Thanks" for reporting this. It was my "hobby" project (not commercial) 
from which I removed source code some time ago (few years) (a violation). I 
left the project on google.code in case if someone will look at it. Now I 
am completely banned from google code, without being able to report issues 
on other projects, and even read wiki. The latter is a disaster, cause many 
very good open sourced projects are still hosted on google code or keep 
their documentation here.
