Thank you very much, Mike! It was really frustrating to lose access for other projects. Now I'm happy again, and see that ToS violation can have very unpleasant consequences.
p.s. Although I will miss my lazyproject that was starred by 17 people. =) And I really miss the opportunity to delete that project myself. (well, it was a part of my life for ~6 years). (just thinking out loud).
