There is no lifting....we can't download apps in iran from play store even free apps not available just a few app is available.. Clash of clans and all supercells apps Telegram kakaotalk imo fifa and millions of millions like this isn't available in iran qe cant even download offline map from google map... We was access to download all app(in app purchase) and free app in last years (2015) But after that from 7 or 6 month ago there is no longer available in iran...

We believe we have paid for android and therefore we are entitled to use the market. Iranian have to use unofficial, miscellaneous and unsafe markets to get the apps they require.We can use Google Chrome but we do not have access to Chrome's extensions.
