Registration opens at 16:00 UTC (9:00 AM PT) on Tuesday, June 17 and you can register anytime until the end of the 24 hour Qualification Round, 23:00 UTC (4:00 PM PT) on Thursday, July 17. Advancement from the Qualification round is necessary in order to participate in Round 1. Here says you need to go to http://code.google.com/codejam/contest/registration , but, it takes you to http://code.google.com/codejam/contest/ back again...
