can i ask how the penalty time is calculated? (read question) (start coding) (download input file) (generate output file and submit) (....supposedly wrong, then debugging..) (then re-download. regenerate, resubmit....)..(correct)
The penalty time = from the first download until correct submission + 4min x no of tries? or penalty time = 4min x no of wrong tries + from the last download until correct submission?
