I know how it feels when you are unable to use your own personal computer in
such a contest where you have installed everything and you have all types of
editors, IDE's, compilers and OS's.
But picture this; Personally during the qualification round I had to read
the problem statement from my Nokia 2600c phone and then try to solve the
problem on my computer which didn't have internet connectivity.
When I was satisfied I had solved the problem, I quickly saved it to my
flash disk and rushed to an intenet cafe 2 miles away (thanks to the 24hr
round one period) to download the input files and run my program.
Since I was coding in python and the cyber had ubuntu installed I could
easily run my programs.
.....*I qualified for round one, so have a big heart man!!!*
