Haha, brazilian meat is far better, but in general, argentinian food is also far better. Well, Brazil has a better economy and a huge population. If you are going to enter a country to make a enterprise, you do it because you know you are going to earn a lot of money, and Brazil is one of those countries. And if that country doesn't have very good programmers? It doesn't matter, because you can always bring them from abroad. And in the case of Brazil, there are many good programmers. In fact, South America without Brazil economically is not as good as Brazil, so here you have a good reason of why google is in Brazil.
