i am all new to gcj. so as i was going through the rules i found that they said that reading the problem didn't start any timer whereas downloading the inputs did. but then the 2hr30min alloted for round 1 and so on are for downloading inputs and submitting outputs or is it the total time in which i have to read the question and solve it (i.e. development of algorithm and the code)? please help. thanks in advance.
