I think, this is an elegant solution. But it is not O(N*logR), it is
O(N*logR+N^2) - function gerParms take approximately N^2 time.
Solution in O(N) is not the most trivial. I think, the most trivial is
O(N^2) (with trivial:) optimization to O(NlogN))
