When it comes to adult's brains, there's lack of scientific evidence that
you will get better at other activities other than those you've been
practicing. We all know that practice makes perfect. However, there's few or
no evidence that honing your skills doing some mental stimulating task will
actually make you better at other kinds of tasks (for an adult, of course).
Furthermore, there was this huge scientific experiment published on Nature
(20th April) showing exactly the opposite. Brain training doesn't seem to
