I think it will be much better if we spread GCJ on the boards of institutions like PU, FAST, LUMS and NUST. I know we have programmers those can perform much better, the only reason is that most of the guys don't know. In PU, I know a team who participated in ACM ICPC regionals in Seoul but they don't practice on GCJ or TC.
