You need to declare the method getDivison as *static *in order to call it
directly from the main method.


public static int[] getDivison(int[] points)
 {
//...
}

public static void main(String as[])
{
st = getDivison(tar);
 for (i = 0; i < tar.length; i++)
System.out.print(st[i] + " ");
 }
