It's the same as 2010 and 2011 -- it starts on Friday in U.S. Pacific time. It is possible that a significant number of contestants have their wedding > anniversaries on July 31st. My understanding is that most of those contestants live in England, which -- according to my sources -- is fairly close to Paris. I also have reliable informants telling me that the 31st is, in fact, four days after the 27th. I can do some more research on that if you like. Cheers!
