I found similar discussion at here, https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-code/ljmju9Ji-C0/discussion and I think... there is no official translation, provided by google.
However..... I think, the writer of that discussion, Khalil, might have some information about the translated materials. Also, I could see that some guy, named neon, in above discussion tells that he can give a translation in GCJ KOREA2012 problems.
