Hello, USACO is a good start for the beginners.
If you could solve the USACO problems, there is a planet of Algorithmic problems in the ACM ICPC website. However, ICPC problems are not easy to solve. Therefore, you need to have a good knowledge of Algorithms. I do believe that "CLRS" and Art of programing contest's references are very good for the training. Also, you may discuss your problems and your solutions here and other programming contests' forums.
