Ah, good question. The previous sentence was actually missing the words "Contest Entities", and the Terms have been updated to include that. I would summarize that piece of the Terms as follows (but please bear in mind that I'm not a lawyer and this is a very loose summary): If you work at Google (or some other places), you're called a "Contest Entity", and you can't compete. Neither can members of Contest Entities' immediate families, or members of Contest Entities' households. Thanks for asking!
