I assume so, because while you mainly only need 35 points to advance, the
Codejam team would need to analyze languages used to comply with contest
rules and at least verify roughly, if the submitted code would produce the
output. They already stated they don't run your code, IIRC.

But in the end, some of the contestants having 35 or more points will still
not advance and so they have to notify you at least if you disqualified.
