What I would like is, quoting the Ada initiative page I linked: * List specific common behaviors that are not okay. * Include detailed directions for reporting violations. * Have a defined and documented complaint handling process. This is mostly specific to onsite. Terms describe no way to report the behaviors in 15.c and 15.d or how those complaints are processed.
