What I would like is, quoting the Ada initiative page I linked:

* List specific common behaviors that are not okay. 
* Include detailed directions for reporting violations.
* Have a defined and documented complaint handling process.

This is mostly specific to onsite. Terms describe no way to report the 
behaviors in 15.c and 15.d or how those complaints are processed. And while 
15.d is a bit specific, it only protects google employees. 15.c is a good 
start, but terms could use specifics for what constitutes "harassing".
