Hi, I think codejam organisers should really think about a way to let participants connect with each other. This could mean a custom messaging implementation, to allow one participant to send a 'message' to another participant within the system (i.e. without need of an email address).
This could help participants from the same country/city to connect to each other and learn from each others' experiences.
