I've asked them about it before, and the sense I get is that they still have the old problems, but that it would take some effort to get them onto their main applet (they were run in a separate, special applet back in the day); you could send them an email to ask if they'd consider bringing them online again, though.
For what it's worth, the old Code Jam problems have a lot more in common with old TopCoder problems than with current Code Jam problems. Cheers!
