Darn. This information is in the description of the "message.h" header file (or the same file with a different extension, if you happen to use a different language). Initially it was also in one of the examples, but then it fell out (since it's generally better practice to do a targeted Receive if you know from what node(s) you'll be receiving).
It's a somewhat non-trivial procedure to update site contents, so I won't do it now, unfortunately.
